Life Through Many Lenses

Hi everyone! So, I'm a bit of a multi-passionate person. By day, I'm an HR Generalist and Communication Manager with over 10 years of experience – which basically means I help organizations run smoothly by focusing on their most important asset: their people. I love the challenge of finding the right talent, building strong teams, and creating a positive work environment. It's like putting together a puzzle, where each piece (or person!) is essential. But outside of the HR world, I have two other loves: aviation and music. I've been fascinated by planes since I was a kid (seriously, I still get excited seeing them take off!), and music is my constant companion. I think there's a real connection between these passions and my work in HR. Whether it's the precision of air traffic control, the teamwork of a flight crew, or the harmony of a great song, it's all about coordination, communication, and creating something beautiful.
